Established in 2023, Found Procurement is a project execution management, project coordination, and resourcing company dedicated to alleviating the burdens of time-poor project managers and business owners in the mining, civil, construction, and logistics sectors. Our expertise spans across various procurement competencies, providing comprehensive solutions from heavy machinery hire and purchase to engineering, labour hire, transport, haulage, materials, and more. We streamline the complexities of dealing with multiple suppliers and contractors, providing our clients with a single, transparent account, minimising project administration significantly, so that you can focus on the bigger picture.

Often they will turn to equipment hire or sales companies, or engage multiple contracting companies, organising, coordinating, and managing all suppliers themselves, significantly increasing their administrative workload.

Kit is a founding director of Found Procurement​​, who became frustrated with the lack of integrity & transparency in the project resourcing space & decided to be the change he wanted to see. He is​ charismatic, reliable, loyal & driven, he’s the guy you call in a pinch. If you know Kit, you know he has the gift of the gab, this man has no trouble networking & always seems to know exactly who to speak with to find what he needs. If he can’t find it; it probably can’t be found.
Garrett is a project manager specialising in mining & construction with over 20 years experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge of the intricacies of project coordination, resourcing, & execution, as well as his established network of trusted suppliers & contractors. This man loves a challenge & graciously rises to every occasion.
Shanell is a founding director of Found Procurement along with her husband Kit Pirrottina, bringing an academic background in business, management, & marketing to the mix, as well as extensive digital operations & design experience. She specialises in streamlining enterprise systems & processes, & creating striking brand identities.
